Material: Glass, Gemstone Necklace Pendant
Size: Approx. 5cm
Narrative:
Vajra (Sanskrit: गद━ वज्ir, romanized: Gadā Vajra), originally the weapon of Indra in ancient Indian mythology, symbolizes lightning, or refers to diamond. Because of its strong texture and ability to break various substances, Buddhism often uses it for metaphors and figurative names, and the vajra is named after this meaning. In Buddhist legend, Vajrapani used this as a weapon and was also known as Vajrapani or Vajrapani.
